A Word from our C.E.O. Trent Kirk.

In what could be described as a ‘casual build up’ to the inaugural
Boys Fishing Trip. I couldn’t help but add my $1.69 to the ‘hype’.
Firstly, it is great to see some new faces on this trip. It is
blatantly obvious the boys (Team BENTrod) will be under scrutiny from
the ‘first cast’. The boys look like they’ve got the toys to perform
but I hope they are mentally ready for the sledging, practical jokes
and what all our mums would say “Immature behaviour”.
Secondly, I commend ABFT President James Hansen for his ongoing ABFT
blog updates. It defies me where his confidence to win the competition
comes from, but I wish his team (if he can organize one) the best of
luck.
From a statistical point of view, the DARK HORSE is Terry Castelli. If
the ABFT was like a game of cards, Terry has ‘folded’ every trip…..I
mean he has caught “Sweet Fuck All”. However, recent talks with
‘insiders’ have him at odds on favorite to get his name on the board
and carry his team over the line for the 2010 Title.
The ‘Champagne/Trophy Team’ …..once again is ‘Team Square Hooks’. It
is pretty hard to bet against this resilient team. It copes a lot of
criticism from its rivals but their persistence to gather quality bait
and not drink 24/7 pays dividends more times than not.
With only 32 sleeps to go, Let the ‘bull shitting’ begin. OPEN SLATHER BOYS!
