A.B.F.T Turkeys in Turkey 2009

For the 2009 A.B.F.T the boys found themselves at Turkey Beach late in the month of May. The boys rented a house for the time so it was good to use it as a more relaxing trip.

This trip was a pearler, although 'Team Domin8' were unlucky and unable to attend due to work commitments, and for this particular trip Tezza found himself teamed with his good mate Brendan Gray.

It was a 5 night trip this time and the boys had a few extra visitors with Dan Duncan, Trav Sommerfeld and young Karlos Mcintyre coming along to experience the mayhem!

All teams did well with the crabs ending up with a heap to take home at the end of the trip mostly yhanks to young Karl for his expertise in the area.

'Team Square Hooks' claimed the silverware on this trip, dominating in the fishing stakes with a quality mixed bag of everything from Bream, whiting, flathead, and also a few sharks.

'Team Cuttin' Schmick' once again claimed the 'drink more than any of the other soft-cocks' award, and this time also bagging the award for 'Biggest fish'.

Night 3 was dubbed 'Fancy Dress night' with a few of the boys choosing to get drunk and dress like tools. All fun and games until Trav stacked it off the back of the Tractor! hahaha.

Plenty of fishing, crabbing and drinking was done by all, along with a few games of cricket and footy in the next door neighbours yard.

Up there with one of the best trips yet, the boys simply didnt want to leave when the time was up!
